The LX series is the most versatile electronic liquid level switch ever designed. The instrument is capable of detecting wet/dry conditions, liquid to liquid interfaces, liquid to solid interfaces, and can differentiate foam from air or liquid. When used as a high level switch it will alarm if any liquid comes in contact with the sensor. This device can be used with process temperatures to 900F and pressures to 10,000 PSIG. Process connections include threaded, flanged, and retractable probes. The no moving parts design guarantees reliable and repeatable operation in even the most demanding industrial applications |

The SL series sanitary version has been designed to meet the most critical level detection applications in the food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and water treatment industries. The quick disconnect process connection allows for easy cleaning of the units and can be utilized in clean-in-place applications. The thermal dispersion principle of operation features no moving parts exposed to the process. The instrument can be used to detect wet/dry conditions, liquid to liquid interfaces, liquid to solid interfaces, and differentiate foam from liquids or gases. |

The LM series is designed to provide an extremely reliable device at a very cost effective price. This series replaces the standard explosion proof enclosure used in our LX series with a general purpose enclosure. The thermal dispersion principle of operation provides no moving parts exposed to the process and is capable of detecting the difference between air, foam, oil, emulsions, water, and a solid in a liquid. The field adjustable set-point can be used to sense a high or low level of virtually any two products. A relay output is standard, providing a SPDT contact with a 3 amp rating. |

The QL series level switch offers the same reliability as our LX series and also offers a faster response time. The QL series level switch offers versatility not seen in other level control devices. One unit can be field calibrated to detect the interface of air/foam, foam/liquid, oil/emulsion, emulsion/water, oil/water, and a solid in a liquid. It can also be used as a universal high level switch that will alarm if any type of liquid comes in contact with the probe. |
