The LM series is designed to provide an extremely reliable level switch at a very cost effective price. This series replaces the standard explosion proof enclosure utilized in our LX series with a general purpose enclosure. The thermal dispersion principle of operation provides no moving parts exposed to the process and is capable of detecting the difference between air, foam, oil, emulsions, water, and a solid in a liquid. The field adjustable set-point can be used to sense a high or low level of virtually any two products. A relay output is standard providing a SPDT contact with a 3 amp rating.
